The Manager, Sales Transformation and Technology will play a critical role in reshaping Flipp’s sales technology practice, with Salesforce as the primary CRM, to drive transformation initiatives that align with our strategic goals. The focus of this role is to enhance how we align with our customers throughout the sales cycle, leveraging expertise in sales technology and process optimization to deliver scalable, impactful solutions.
As the Manager, Sales Transformation and Technology, you will oversee the entire CRM strategy development, practice enhancement, and successful execution of high-impact, large-scale initiatives. You will empower Flipp and its stakeholders to unlock the full potential of its CRM tech stack by streamlining sales operations, optimizing customer interactions, and enabling data-driven decision-making. With direct engagement with the head of sales and senior functional leaders, you will serve as both a technical expert and a strategic advisor. This high-visibility position requires a visionary leader with deep sales technology expertise, sales process innovation, and a proven track record of delivering transformative value in complex and dynamic environments.
What you'll get the opportunity to do:
CRM Strategy Optimization
- Define and implement a holistic strategy that leverages the full CRM tech stack to enhance sales processes, customer experience, adoption, and operational efficiency while supporting revenue growth.
- Develop scalable, automated workflows for lead management, pipeline tracking, and customer engagement to remove friction and improve sales efficiency.
- Identify opportunities and solutions to improve forecasting, optimize data-driven decision-making, and drive sales performance.
- Build a seamless and integrated ecosystem across the larger tech stack, including CRM, ERP, and marketing platforms, to deliver unified insights and operational alignment.
CRM Practice Leadership
- Oversee the growth and maturity of Flipp’s Salesforce and CRM tech stack.
- Scale and evolve the CRM practice by developing frameworks, methodologies, and accelerators that enable swift and effective delivery while ensuring consistency, scalability, and adoption.
- Establish and enforce data integrity and security standards.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices, sales strategies, and Salesforce advancements to evaluate and integrate new capabilities to improve the platform’s alignment with business goals.
Stakeholder Change Management
- Partner with the Head of Sales, senior leaders, sales enablement and cross-functional teams to ensure sales transformation initiatives align with business priorities.
- Partner with Flipp’s internal Change Management Consultant to lead change management efforts, ensuring seamless transition to new processes and tools.
- Drive user adoption by leading training, workshops, and support programs for sales teams.
Project Execution Performance Monitoring
- Manage large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
- Develop KPIs to track the success of initiatives.
- Provide regular performance reports to sales leadership and key stakeholders.
Team Leadership Development
- Mentor and develop internal team experts (Sr. Admin and Developer) to ensure long-term sustainability of CRM excellence.
- Foster a collaborative culture across sales, marketing, operations, and finance to drive Salesforce adoption.
- Lead a community of practice for continuous learning and knowledge-sharing within the organization.
What you'll bring to the team:
- 5-7 years of experience in CRM strategy, sales transformation, or a similar role, with a proven track record of leading large-scale Salesforce initiatives in consulting or enterprise environments.
- Extensive expertise in Salesforce capabilities, particularly within Sales Cloud, and integration best practices across platforms, including the AppExchange ecosystem.
- Strong proficiency in CRM Technologies such as Gong, Highspot, Linkedin Sales Navigator etc.
- Solid understanding of CRM trends, customer experience strategies, and digital engagement best practices.
- 3+ years experience in leading diverse, high-performing teams while balancing strategic vision with pragmatic execution.
- Excellent communication skill with experience presenting to senior executives, managing stakeholder expectations, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant.
- Preferred: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect; Project Management Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Scrum Master Certification (optional but beneficial for managing large-scale implementations).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
